Is a pharmacy, provider network, or patient base included? +
No. This is a software and systems package. You supply your own licensed clinical, pharmacy, and vendor infrastructure to operate a real healthcare business. We can scope production-integration work as a separate engagement, but the license itself includes none of those and no patients.

No. The Foundation is a limited first-buyer package — one or the exclusive license — designed as a reference case study, not the standard rate. What happens after launch if something breaks? +
There's a short bug-fix window for the accepted scope. Beyond that, future fixes — third-party API changes, platform-policy updates, hosting changes, compliance changes, or buyer edits — are out of scope unless you're on a maintenance retainer. Maintenance and AI-ops retainers are available.
Can I get exclusivity in my category or region? +
Yes, as a separate Exclusive Vertical / Category license (from $350K). It defines brand, category, territory, duration, a launch deadline, and what happens if you don't launch. It costs more because it stops us from selling the same brand or category to anyone else.
