The tracks
Materials must cover all three products with dedicated creative. Every competitor produces four full kits — Track A, Track B1, Track B2, and Track C — each with 1–2 full sales pages, 1 landing page, 3+ ad variants, and brand/visual direction. Imagery is expected — image-heavy submissions display better on the dashboard and score accordingly.
Protocol-OS platform campaign
The practice-in-a-box operating system for telehealth and peptide/wellness clinics — patient intake, provider workflows, compliance guardrails, ad generation, funnel infrastructure. Sold to clinic owners, telehealth entrepreneurs, and medspa/wellness operators. Creative presents the base platform with ClaimRight and GrowthEngine as add-on upgrade paths — the full bundle (Protocol-OS + both add-ons) is the hero configuration.
Audience
Clinic owners, telehealth entrepreneurs, medspa and wellness operators evaluating a full operating system, not a point tool.
Deal structures to creative
Both straight purchase and revenue-share / JV structures need dedicated creative — not a single page trying to serve both.
Component campaigns — two sub-campaigns, two full kits
The component products, each with its own dedicated campaign. Track B is two separate sub-campaigns, each requiring its own full minimum kit — dedicated creative per product, not one page trying to serve both. B1 sells ClaimRight standalone; B2 sells GrowthEngine as an attach — GrowthEngine is never sold on its own.
ClaimRight standalone
The compliance and claim-scoring engine, sold on its own. This is the wedge product. Creative may pitch the GrowthEngine attach as the next-step upsell.
Audience
Marketers, agencies, and compliance-burdened health brands who need to know an ad is clean before it goes live.
Positioning
The mail-tester of health-marketing compliance — one scan, two outputs: risk flags and a 0–100 quality score.
GrowthEngine attach
The marketing/growth engine, sold as an add-on only — never standalone. It attaches to the Protocol-OS platform or to a ClaimRight standalone subscription. Ad factory, funnel generation, A/B harness, creative iteration at machine speed. Creative must be explicit that GrowthEngine is not sold alone.
Audience
Two upsell audiences: Protocol-OS platform owners, and ClaimRight standalone customers who need creative volume and funnel infrastructure without hiring an agency.
Positioning
The attach that turns a clean compliance stack into a growth stack — ad factory plus funnel generation plus A/B iteration, produced and tested at machine speed.
Fractional-ownership seat campaign
Creative selling the seat offering below. This audience is investors and operators, not consumers — the creative must sell ownership, scarcity, and the first-come-first-served tier ladder.
Term-sheet summary
| Licenses fractionalized | 3 licenses of the peptide telehealth platform |
| Seats per license | 3 seats per license — 9 seats total |
| Pricing tiers | 100% / 150% / 200% of base seat price, first-come-first-served |
| Rights per seat | Identical across all seats in a license — the only difference is when you moved. Early conviction is literally cheaper. |
| Base seat price | Announced at kickoff |
| Founder ownership | Founder retains controlling ownership of the parent — deliberately, so a platform this critical can't be sold off at scale by any single stakeholder |
| Junior seats | 2 total, reduced-size positions on the same terms, reserved for competition prizes |
